dc.descriptionThis article is dedicated to the substantiation of the significance of the interethnical tolerance training of students under the current conditions of rapid development of the multi-cultural and poly-ethnical educational background at national higher educational institutions. Thus, on the basis of analyses on certain philosophical, psychological, scientific-pedagogical sources the rehave been 4 primary scientific approaches (the historical-evolutionary one, the culture-study one, the socialpedagogical one, the ethno-psychological one) in the framework of which the essence of the phenomen on of the inter-ethnical tolerance has been studied. Taking into consideration the recent contribution of contemporary scholars, the inter-ethnical tolerance has been defined as a form of an individual out look of a student, which is believed to comprise particular knowledge and understanding of peculiarities of development to famulti-cultural and poly-ethnical society, appositive attitude and duerespecto other individuals representing alternative cultures and languages as well as to the ethnical diversities and life styles, also striving to avoid various conflicts and collisions throughout interaction on the basis of the progressive dialog. In this article we have also attempted to reveal and single out particular controversies as well as valuable indicators which may impede the educational process of the inter-ethnical tolerance training in the poly-ethnical regions of Ukraine.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена обґрунтуванню значущості виховання міжетнічної толерантності студентів в умовах стрімкого розвитку багатокультурного й поліетнічного освітнього простору вітчизняного закладу вищої освіти. На основі опрацювання філософських, психологічних, науково-педагогічних джерел виокремлено чотири провідних підходи (історико-еволюційний, культурологічний, соціально-психологічний, етнопсихологічний), в межах яких досліджувалася суть феномена міжетнічної толерантності. З врахуванням доробок учених міжетнічну толерантність визначено як особливу форму особистісної світоглядної установки студентів, яка передбачає знання й розуміння особливостей розвитку багатокультурного й поліетнічного суспільства, позитивне сприйняття ними осіб як представників інших культур і мов, повага до них та доброзичливе ставлення до етнічних відмінностей і способів життя, бажання безконфліктно взаємодіяти та співпрацювати на основі конструктивного діалогу. Звернено увагу на суперечності й впливові соціальні чинники, які гальмують процес виховання міжетнічної толерантності студентів в полі етнічних регіонах України.uk_UA
