Attention to the problems of mental backwardness is caused by that the amount ofpeople does not diminish with this type of anomalies. About it testify statistical information on to the entire countries of world. This circumstance does primary question about creation of terms for maximal correction of violations of development of children of this category. In our view, study of emotions and feelings at children with a mental backwardness, correct their forming and education, is instrumental in forming of character, new positive properties ofpersonality and in the end, corrections of basic psychical defect.
