Короткий огляд (реферат): В статті висвітлено проблемне питання, пов’язане із розвитком мобільності студентської молоді. Деталізовано ресурси інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій щодо активізації проектної діяльності – важливого напрямку розвитку мобільності як особистісно-професійної якості майбутніх фахівців соціономічних професій. Доведено виключну роль залучення студентства до регіональних соціальних проектів, що має виняткове значення для ефективного розвитку транскордонного співробітництва та активізації мобільності прогресивної молоді, інтенсифікації процесів євроінтеграції українського соціуму.
Опис: Eurointegration processes are of particular intensity in the context of transboundary location of certain social institutions. Among the latter, the educational process of higher education is becoming more specific, which actualizes the identification and possibilities of realizing mobility, in particular, of student youth. In the outlined context, the relevance of the formation of mobility as a personality and professional quality of the future specialist with the use of higher education resources is increased. The pedagogically motivated use of information-computer technologies and project activity in the above context is significant, but not yet fully evaluated. The results of the self-reflection of the experience gained, in particular, at Izmail State University of Humanities, make it possible to state the possibility and expediency of activating the mobility of student youth through involvement in multi-level and diverse (by subject) projects. Taking into account the peculiarity of the impact of the project activity on the «inner world» of the individual, the influence of this sphere of activity on the motivation of achievements is justified – the mechanism of development of the future specialist's mobility. If at the same time recognize that information-computer competence is an imperative of personality’s mobility, then it becomes clear the enrichment of the subject-activity characteristics of the student as a subject of project activity. It is proved that foreign language training of a future specialist is also a significant contributing factor to the development of mobility, because in the context of preparation and implementation of international projects, it is about updating the foreign language communication of the subjects of this activity. A generalization is made regarding the expediency of deepening scientific ideas about the phenomenology of student preparedness in the aspect of mobility, as a personal-professional quality, and in other spheres of educational and professional orientation.
