Об’єкт дослідження – домашнє насильство в Україні, що визначається як форма насильства, яка виникає у сімейному оточенні, включаючи партнерське насильство, фізичне, емоційне чи економічне насильство в сімейних відносинах. Предмет дослідження – соціально-правова категорія домашнього насильства в Україні. Мета дослідження – надання об'єктивної інформації, яка може слугувати основою для прийняття рішень стосовно вдосконалення соціального захисту військовослужбовців в Україні та в інших країнах світу. Це включає в себе аналіз правового статусу домашнього насильства, нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють цю проблему, та механізми їх впровадження. У першому розділі проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні визначення понять «домашнє насильство» різних форм, «жертва насильства», «профілактика насильства», «попередження насильства». Також, визначено насильство в сім’ї як соціально психологічна категорія та окреслено причини і наслідки домашнього насильства. У другому розділі визначено особливості соціально-правового регулювання форм домашнього насильства над різними категоріями населення в Україні. Надано характеристику основним формам домашнього насильства, а також, зазначено основні соціально-правові аспекти насильства над жінками в Україні. У третьому розділі проаналізовано міжнародний досвід боротьби з проблемою насильства в сім’ї. Запропоновано імплементацію низки 4 законодавчих актів міжнародного рівня, а також, виокремлено основні напрямки вдосконалення правового забезпечення захисту жінок, що потерпають від насильства в сім’ї в Україні. Abstract for the master's thesis on the topic: Domestic violence in Ukraine as a socio-legal category: preventive measures and assistance to victims In the master's work, an actual problem of our time - domestic violence in Ukraine as a socio-legal category - is revealed. The object of the study is domestic violence in Ukraine, which is defined as a form of violence that occurs in the family environment, including partner violence, physical, emotional or economic violence in family relationships. The subject of the study is the socio-legal category of domestic violence in Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to provide objective information that can serve as a basis for making decisions regarding the improvement of social protection of military personnel in Ukraine and other countries of the world. This includes an analysis of the legal status of domestic violence, regulations governing this issue, and mechanisms for their implementation. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical and methodological definitions of the concepts "domestic violence" of various forms, "victim of violence", "prevention of violence", "prevention of violence". Also, family violence is defined as a socio-psychological category and the causes and consequences of domestic violence are outlined. In the second chapter, the peculiarities of social and legal regulation of forms of domestic violence against different categories of the population in 5 Ukraine are determined. The main forms of domestic violence are characterized, as well as the main socio-legal aspects of violence against women in Ukraine. The third chapter analyzes the international experience of fighting the problem of family violence. Об’єкт дослідження – виступають діти сімей вимушених переселенців. Предмет дослідження – специфіка соціально-педагогічної роботи з дітьми сімей вимушених переселенців в умовах соціально-освітнього середовища. Мета дослідження – надання об'єктивної інформації, відносно життєдіяльності дітей сімей вимушених переселенців, а також їх соціальних гарантій. У першому розділі проаналізовано теоретичні основи та соціокультурні передумови дослідження сучасності категорії «діти сімей вимушених переселенців», а також, умови та фактори соціалізації дітей сімей вимушених переселенців. У другому розділі проаналізовано технології соціально-педагогічної роботи у процесі соціалізації дітей сімей вимушених переселенців. Також, проаналізовано проблеми соціально-педагогічної роботи з дітьми сімей вимушених переселенців. У третьому розділі проаналізовано специфіку потреб та видів соціальної підтримки дітей сімей вимушених переселенців, а також, проаналізовано результатів експериментальної роботи з підвищення ефективності впливів соціально-освітнього середовища на процес соціалізації дітей сімей вимушених переселенців. The object of the study is the children of the families of forced migrants. The subject of the research is the specifics of socio-pedagogical work with children of families of forced migrants in the conditions of a social and educational environment. The purpose of the research is to provide objective information about the life of children of families of forced migrants, as well as their social guarantees. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations and sociocultural prerequisites of the study of the modernity of the category "children of families of forced migrants" are analyzed, as well as the conditions and factors of socialization of children of families of forced migrants. The second chapter analyzes the technologies of socio-pedagogical work in the process of socialization of children of families of forced migrants. Also, the problems of socio-pedagogical work with children of families of forced migrants were analyzed. The third chapter analyzes the specific needs and types of social support for children of families of forced migrants, as well as the results of experimental work on increasing the effectiveness of the effects of the social and educational environment on the process of socialization of children of families of forced migrants. 2024-01-30T00:00:00Z
