Особлива увага приділяється визначенню сутності феномену вигорання, його структури та чинників, а також розкриттю емоційної грамотності як психологічного конструкта. Теоретично обґрунтовано використання тренінгу як методу розвитку емоційної компетентності волонтерів. У роботі застосовано комплекс методів: аналіз наукової літератури, психодіагностичні методики, анкетування, спостереження та квазіекспериментальний дизайн із повторними вимірюваннями. Емпіричне дослідження проведено на вибірці волонтерів, що дозволило оцінити ефективність тренінгу емоційної грамотності у зниженні рівня емоційного вигорання та підвищенні показників саморегуляції, емпатії й комунікативної культури. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є перевірка ефективності розробленої структури та методології тренінгу емоційної грамотності, спрямованого на профілактику та подолання вигорання волонтерів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес емоційного вигорання волонтерів у контексті їхньої діяльності. Предмет дослідження – психологічні механізми впливу тренінгу емоційної грамотності на рівень вигорання волонтерів. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання розробленої програми тренінгу у діяльності громадських організацій, соціальних служб та освітніх закладів, що працюють із волонтерами. Запропоновані методичні рекомендації можуть бути застосовані для підвищення психологічної стійкості, профілактики вигорання та підтримки довготривалої мотивації волонтерів. У межах кваліфікаційної роботи здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних основ вигорання та емоційної грамотності, психологічних механізмів їх взаємозв’язку та емпіричну перевірку ефективності тренінгу. Результати підтвердили, що розвиток емоційної грамотності є дієвим засобом зниження рівня вигорання та підвищення ефективності волонтерської діяльності. Annotation of the qualification work «The Impact of Emotional Literacy Training on Coping with Volunteer Burnout» Ivan Budzylo The qualification paper addresses the problem of professional and volunteer burnout in wartime conditions and the possibilities of its prevention through the development of emotional literacy. Special attention is given to defining the essence of the burnout phenomenon, its structure and factors, as well as to revealing emotional literacy as a psychological construct. The use of training as a method of developing volunteers’ emotional competence is theoretically substantiated. The study employs a complex of methods: analysis of scientific literature, psychodiagnostic techniques, questionnaires, observation, and a quasi-experimental design with repeated measurements. The empirical research was conducted on a sample of volunteers, which made it possible to assess the effectiveness of emotional literacy training in reducing the level of emotional burnout and increasing indicators of self-regulation, empathy, and communicative culture. The aim of the qualification paper is to test the effectiveness of the developed structure and methodology of emotional literacy training aimed at preventing and overcoming volunteer burnout. The object of the study is the process of emotional burnout among volunteers in the context of their activities. The subject of the study is the psychological mechanisms of the influence of emotional literacy training on the level of volunteer burnout. The practical significance of the paper lies in the possibility of applying the developed training program in the activities of non-governmental organizations, social services, and educational institutions working with volunteers. The proposed methodological recommendations can be used to enhance psychological resilience, prevent burnout, and maintain long-term motivation among volunteers. Within the qualification paper, a comprehensive study of the theoretical foundations of burnout and emotional literacy, the psychological mechanisms of their interrelation, and an empirical verification of the training’s effectiveness was carried out. The results confirmed that the development of emotional literacy is an effective means of reducing burnout levels and increasing the efficiency of volunteer activity. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and analysis of the quality of social services delivered through digital consultation practices and to determine prospects for their improvement within the social work system. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of social service quality assessment, clarifies the concepts, principles and criteria of quality evaluation, characterizes the essence and functional significance of digital technologies in social work, and examines domestic and international experience in the use of digital consultation practices. Зміни ринкової ситуації в усіх секторах економічної діяльності примушують підприємства постійно шукати резерви для підвищення інноваційної активності та розробляти механізми їх реалізації. Об’єктом дослідження у кваліфікаційній роботі є процес забезпечення інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, а предметом дослідження – розробка та обґрунтування проєкту підвищення ефективності інноваційноінвестиційної діяльності підприємства харчової промисловості в сучасних умовах. The relevance of the topic is determined by the formation of market relations in Ukraine, which are currently unfolding in the conditions of military realities and crisis challenges. This requires serious transformations in the work of enterprises, prompts to pay more and more attention to innovation and investment activities, because the effectiveness of the enterprise's activities, the scale of production, revenue and profit depend on the introduction of internal new technologies and production modernization, which ultimately affects the profitability of the enterprise and its financial stability. Актуальність теми зумовлена безпрецедентними викликами, з якими зіткнувся національний бізнес унаслідок повномасштабної військової агресії, що призвела до масштабних руйнувань виробничої та логістичної інфраструктури, розриву ланцюгів постачання, кадрового дефіциту та критичного зниження ділової активності, що в сукупності вимагає негайного наукового переосмислення механізмів адаптації підприємницьких структур до функціонування в екстремальних кризових умовах з одночасним збереженням економічного фронту держави та закладенням підвалин для майбутньої відбудови на принципах стійкості, інноваційності та конкурентоспроможності, що й обумовило вибір напряму дослідження, його мету, завдання та логікоструктурну побудову роботи. У другому розділі «Сучасний стан та проблеми розвитку підприємництва в Україні в умовах воєнного стану» проведено комплексний аналіз прямого та опосередкованого впливу воєнних дій на діяльність суб’єктів малого та середнього бізнесу, який засвідчив, що поряд із фізичним знищенням активів на тимчасово окупованих територіях та в зоні активних бойових дій, критичного значення набули непрямі чинники, зокрема різке падіння внутрішнього платоспроможного попиту, руйнація традиційних експортних шляхів через блокаду морських портів та безпрецедентний тиск на психоемоційний стан підприємців, що в сукупності призвело до безпрецедентного падіння економічних показників, однак водночас продемонструвало феноменальну адаптивність українського бізнесу, який зумів частково відновити діяльність вже до кінця 2022 року; детально розкрито «трикутник вразливості» сучасного підприємництва, який охоплює фінансову кризу ліквідності та недоступність довгострокових кредитних ресурсів, гострий кадровий голод, спричинений вимушеною міграцією мільйонів українців та мобілізацією, а також логістичний колапс. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal foundations, the current state and prospects for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine under martial law. The relevance of the topic is due to the unprecedented challenges faced by national business as a result of fullscale military aggression, which led to large-scale destruction of production and logistics infrastructure, disruption of supply chains, personnel shortages and a critical decline in business activity, which together require an immediate scientific rethinking of the mechanisms for adapting business structures to functioning in extreme crisis conditions while simultaneously preserving the economic front of the state and laying the foundations for future reconstruction on the principles of sustainability, innovation and competitiveness, which determined the choice of the direction of research, its goal, objectives and logical and structural construction of the work. The first section, "Theoretical and Legal Principles of Entrepreneurship in Crisis Conditions," examines the essence of entrepreneurship as a fundamental socio-economic institution that goes beyond purely commercial activity and, in times of war, becomes a factor of national security, ensuring employment, fiscal stability, and saturation of the market with critically needed goods and services; special attention is paid to the characteristics of the regulatory field of economic activity after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. The second section, “Current State and Problems of Entrepreneurship Development in Ukraine under Martial Law,” provides a comprehensive analysis of the direct and indirect impact of military actions on the activities of small and medium-sized businesses, which showed that, along with the physical destruction of assets in temporarily occupied territories and in the zone of active hostilities, indirect factors have become critically important, in particular, a sharp drop in domestic solvent demand, the destruction of traditional export routes due to the blockade of seaports, and unprecedented pressure on the psycho-emotional state of entrepreneurs, which together led to an unprecedented drop in economic indicators, but at the same time demonstrated the phenomenal adaptability of Ukrainian business, which managed to partially resume its activities by the end of 2022; The “vulnerability triangle” of modern entrepreneurship is revealed in detail, which includes the financial liquidity crisis and the unavailability of long-term credit resources, the acute personnel shortage caused by the forced migration of millions of Ukrainians and mobilization, as well as the logistical collapse. The third section, “Directions for the Restoration and Prospects for the Development of Entrepreneurship in Ukraine,” identifies and substantiates key strategic mechanisms for adapting business models to wartime realities, among which the priority is the deep geographic and product diversification of sales markets with an orientation towards the markets of the European Union, the digital transformation of business processes through the introduction of cloud technologies, electronic document management and remote forms of employment, as well as the formation of cooperative competition models by combining the efforts of small enterprises in business associations and export alliances to jointly overcome barriers to entering foreign markets, which in the complex allows not only to survive in turbulent conditions, but also to lay the foundation for a qualitative leap in productivity; a comprehensive analysis of the tools of state and international financial and technical support, including the mechanisms of the Ukraine Facility, USAID programs, EU grant initiatives and military-political risk insurance instruments from multilateral financial organizations.
