dc.description	In today's conditions, when education reform is laid at all its levels, the issue of forming the creative abilities of students through the use of modern ICT tools in the educational process, in particular mobile technologies, has become extremely important. The problem of using mobile devices in the pedagogical process of a modern educational institution must be considered from two sides - as a powerful means of learning on the one hand, as one of the manifestations of the conflict between learning in the classroom and outside the school. It is difficult to overestimate the capabilities of the latest mobile devices in the formation and development of creative inclinations, abilities, and talents of education seekers. The purpose of the research is to theoretically investigate the psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for the development of creativity of younger schoolchildren, to determine and verify the organizational and methodological forms of the development of creative abilities of students of grades 3-4 through the introduction of mobile technologies. The object of the study is the pedagogical process of developing the creative abilities of junior high school students by means of mobile devices in the educational activity of ZZSO. The subject of the study is organizational and methodical measures for the development of creativity of students of primary education by mastering the educational branches of the State Standard of Primary General Education through mobile learning. The scientific novelty and practical significance consist in the determination of psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for the development of creativity of students of primary education by means of mobile learning technologies, in the clarification of the conceptual and categorical apparatus for the development of creative abilities of younger schoolchildren, in the search for effective ways of its implementation with the help of various mobile devices in the course of mastering the content of educational branches of primary education . The work theoretically substantiates the essence of the creative abilities of younger schoolchildren as a methodological basis for their personal development; the psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for the development of creative abilities of primary school students have been proven; methodical features of the development of creativity during primary education are presented; the impact of innovative technologies on the development of creative abilities of primary school students is clarified; the state of implementation of mobile learning in the practice of modern primary schools is analyzed and an experimental technology for the development of creative abilities of primary school students by means of mobile technologies is proposed. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of the Faraonivsk support institution of general secondary education of the Petropavlovsk village council of the Belgorod-Dniester district of the Odesa region.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В умовах сьогодення, коли реформування освіти закладено на всіх її щаблях, надзвичайно важливими стали питання формування творчих здібностей учнів шляхом застосування в навчальному процесі сучасних засобів ІКТ, зокремамобільних технологій.Проблему використання мобільних пристроїв у педагогічному процесі сучасного закладу освіти необхідно розглядати з двох сторін – як потужний засіб навчання з одного боку, як один із проявів конфлікту між навчанням в класі та поза школою. Важко переоцінити можливості новітніх мобільних пристроїв у формуванні та розвитку творчих нахилів, здібностей, талантів здобувачів освіти. Мета дослідження – теоретично дослідити психолого-педагогічні передумови розвитку творчості молодших школярів, визначити та перевірити організаційно-методичні форми розвитку творчих здібностей учнів 3-4 класів шляхом упровадження мобільних технологій. Об’єктом дослідження є педагогічний процес з розвитку творчих здібностей молодших школярів засобами мобільних пристроїв в освітній діяльності ЗЗСО. Предметом дослідження є організаційно-методичні заходи з розвитку творчості здобувачів початкової освіти шляхомопанування освітніх галузей Державного стандарту початкової загальної освіти через мобільне навчання. Наукова новизна і практичне значенняполягають увизначенні психолого-педагогічних передумов розвитку творчості здобувачів початкової освіти засобами мобільних технологій навчання, в уточненні понятійно-категоріального апарату щодо розвитку творчих здібностей молодших школярів, пошуці ефективних шляхів його впровадження за допомогою різноманітних мобільних пристроїв упродовж опанування змісту освітніх галузей початкової освіти. У роботі теоретично обґрунтовано сутність творчих здібностей молодших школярів як методологічної основи їх особистісного розвитку; доведено психолого-педагогічні передумови розвитку творчих здібностей учнів початкових класів; представлено методичні особливості розвитку творчості впродовж початкового навчання; з’ясовано вплив інноваційних технологій на розвиток творчих здібностей здобувачів початкової освіти;проаналізовано стан реалізації мобільного навчання в практиці сучасної початкової школи й пропонованоекспериментальнутехнологію розвитку творчих здібностей учнів початкових класів засобами мобільних технологій. Педагогічний експеримент здійснено на базі Фараонівського опорного закладу загальної середньої освіти Петропавлівської сільської ради Білгород-Дністровського району Одеської області.	uk_UA
