dc.description	ANNOTATION Koch H. G. Organization of effective anti-crisis management of the enterprise (P.E. "Danuy-Group"), 2024. Actuality of theme. The importance and necessity of anti-crisis management in Ukraine was manifested as a result of the transitivity of its economy. There was not a single country and not a single organization in the world that was not affected by crisis phenomena, which often lead enterprises to bankruptcy. Consequently, public authorities and management are faced with the task of overcoming crisis phenomena and ensuring the stable position of the enterprise, or the bankruptcy of some organizations often causes the solvency of many others to deteriorate, generating a domino effect. Solving the problems of overcoming crisis phenomena or mitigating their impact on the results of the organizations' activities is possible with the help of a system of anti-crisis measures. The problems of anti-crisis management are the subject of constant research by scientists, namely: Andrushko O., . Bogdanov O., Vasylenko V., Vasylieva T., etc., mainly their research is in the area of problems arising at the microeconomic level. In this regard, the problem of anti-crisis management is urgent for Ukrainian enterprises. The main goal of anti-crisis management is to ensure the competitiveness of the organization in the long term, which will allow it to receive enough funds to maintain reliable financial stability, pay obligations and further development. The purpose of the study: to study the theoretical foundations of the organization of effective anti-crisis management of the enterprise, as well as to develop ways to improve the financial situation of PE "Danuy-Group". To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: - to study the theoretical foundations of the organization of effective anti-crisis management of the enterprise; - to carry out a diagnosis of the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management of PE "Danuy-Group"; - to develop measures to improve the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management of PE "Danuy-Group". The object of the study is anti-crisis management of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the organization of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. Research methods. To study the theoretical foundations of the organization of effective anti-crisis management of the enterprise, theoretical information methods were used, i.e. explanation, generalization and argumentation. The methods of observation, economic analysis, grouping and modeling, explanation, generalization and observation were used in studying the organizational and economic characteristics of PE "Danuy-Group" and diagnosing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management. The methods of economic analysis, description, generalization, observation, and argumentation were used to develop ways to improve the efficiency of the anti-crisis management of PE "Danuy-Group". The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the results of the study and the proposed measures can contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management of PE "Danube Group" and the efficiency of its activities.	uk_UA

Важливість і необхідність антикризового управління в Україні проявилося в результаті транзитивності її екoнoміки. У світі не було ні однієї країни і ні oднієї oрганізаціі, яких не торкнулися б кризові явища, нерідко що призводять підприємства до банкрутству. Отже, перед органами публічної влади та керівництвом постають завдання подолання кризових явищ і забезпечення стійкого положення підприємства, або банкрутства одних організацій часто викликає погіршення платоспроможності багатьох інших, породжуючи ефект доміно. Рішення завдань щодо подолання кризових явищ або пом'якшення їх впливу на результати діяльності організацій можливо за допомогою системи антикризових заходів. Проблеми антикризового управління є предметом постійних дослідження науковців, а саме: Андрушко О., . Богданов О., Василенко В., Васильєва Т., та ін., в основному їх дослідження полягають в площині проблем, що виникають на мікроекономічному рівні. У зв’язку з цим проблема антикризового управління для українських підприємств актуальна. Основною метою антикризового управління є забезпечення конкурентоспроможності організації на довготривалу перспективу, яка дозволить отримувати достатньо грошових коштів для збереження надійної фінансової стійкості, оплати зобов’язань і подальшого розвитку. Мета дослідження: вивчити теоретичні основи організації ефективного антикризового управління підприємством, а також розробити способи поліпшення фінансового становища ПП «Дунай-Групп». Для досягнення мети були поставленя наступні завдання: - вивчити теоретичні засади організації ефективного антикризового управління підприємством; -провести діагностику ефективності антикризового управління ПП «Дунай-Групп»; - розробити заходи щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового управління ПП «Дунай-Групп». Об'єктом дослідження є антикризове управління підприємством. Предметом дослідження є організація антикризового управління підприємством. Методи дослідження. Для вивчення теоретичних засад організації ефективного антикризового управління підприємством використовувалися теоретичні інформаційні методи, тобто пояснення, узагальнення і аргументація. Методи спостереження, економічного аналізу, груповання і моделювання, пояснення, узагальнення і спостереження використовувалися при вивченні організаційно-економічної характеристики ПП «Дунай-Групп» та діагностики ефективності антикризового управління. Для розробки шляхів підвищення ефективності антикризового управління ПП «Дунай-Групп» застосовувались методи економічного аналізу, опису, узагальнення, спостереження, аргументації. Практична значимість отриманих результатів полягає в тому, що результати дослідження і пропоновані заходи можуть сприяти підвищенню ефективності антикризового управління ПП «Дунай-Групп» та ефективності його діяльності.	uk_UA
