На сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства позашкільна освіта розглядається в контексті збереження національних надбань системи освіти на шляху інтеграції до європейського та світового освітнього простору. Мета дослідження – теоретичне обґрунтування сучасних підходів до організації роботи закладу позашкільної освіти сфери культури в змішаному форматі та визначення шляхів удосконалення сучасник підходів до організації роботи музичної школи в змішаному форматі. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел та узагальнення, порівняння та систематизації (здійснення порівняльної характеристики дистанційного навчання у закладах освіти шкільної та позашкільної освіти); статистичний, графічний аналізи (при виявленні рівня організації дистанційного навчання у КО «Дитяча музична школа Саф’янівської сільської ради»); експертні оцінки (при обґрунтуванні шляхів удосконалення сучасних підходів до організації роботи музичної школи в змішаному форматі). Об’єкт дослідження: процес організації роботи закладу позашкільної освіти сфери культури в змішаному форматі. Предмет дослідження: шляхи удосконалення сучасних підходів до організації роботи закладу позашкільної освіти сфери культури в змішаному форматі. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що теоретичні положення нами доведені до рівня практичних шляхів удосконалення сучасних підходів до організації роботи музичної школи в змішаному форматі, які можуть бути корисними для КО «Дитяча музична школа Саф’янівської сільської ради» з метою удосконалення роботи закладу в змішаному форматі. У першому розділі визначено теоретичні основи сучасних підходів до організації роботи закладу позашкільної освіти сфери культури в змішаному форматі; розглянуто значну кількість освітніх платформ, найпопулярнішими серед яких є Google Classroom, Google Meet та Zoom, а також виявлено, що засобами комунікації між керівником гуртка та вихованцями під час дистанційного навчання є Viber, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger тощо. У другому розділі здійснено діагностику впровадження елементів дистанційного навчання в КО «Дитяча музична школа Саф’янівської сільської ради». На основі діагностики виявлено, що в школі використовують як синхронний, так і асинхронний формат дистанційного навчання. З метою забезпечення якості навчання педагоги проводять консультації з учнями, пояснюючи процес виконання завдання, потім діти записують відео з музичним виконанням і педагог перевіряє та дає певні рекомендації. У третьому розділі роботи представлено шляхи удосконалення сучасних підходів до організації роботи в КО «Дитяча музична школа Саф’янівської сільської ради» в змішаному форматі, дібрано інструментарій реалізації, а саме форми, методи, засоби, орієнтовні строки реалізації. Автором розроблено і проведено такі заходи як тренінг на тему «Використання електронних освітніх ігрових ресурсів у закладі позашкільної освіти сфери культури», круглий стіл на тему «Дистанційне та змішане навчання як засіб реалізації індивідуальної траєкторії професійного зростання педагога». Результати експериментальної роботи показали, що запропоновані магістранткою шляхи удосконалення сучасних підходів до організації роботи музичної школи в змішаному форматі сприяють підвищенню рівня управлінських процесів закладу позашкільної освіти сфери культури. Таким чином, мета роботи досягнута, завдання виконані, запропоновані заходи розглянуті адміністрацією закладу позашкільної освіти, що доводить ефективність експериментальної роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із трьох розділів та висновків до них, загальних висновків, списку використаних джерел і літератури із 67 найменувань. Зміст роботи викладений на 81 сторінках, з них основного тексту – 68 сторінок. Робота містить 2 таблиці і 3 рисунки.

At the present stage of social development, out-of-school education is considered in the context of preserving the national achievements of the education system on the way to integration into the European and world educational space. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate modern approaches to the organization of the work of an out-of-school education institution in the cultural sphere in a blended format and to determine ways to improve modern approaches to the organization of the work of a music school in a blended format. The methods of the study are: theoretical analysis of scientific sources and generalization, comparison and systematization (conducting a comparative characteristic of distance learning in educational institutions of school and out-ofschool education); statistical, graphical analyzes (when identifying the level of organization of distance learning in «Children’s Music School of the Safyanivska Village Council»); expert assessments (when substantiating ways to improve modern approaches to the organization of the work of a music school in a blended format). The object of the study is the process of organizing the work of an out-ofschool educational institution in the cultural sphere in a blended format. The subject of the study is ways to improve modern approaches to the organization of the work of an out-of-school educational institution in the cultural sphere in a blended format. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the theoretical provisions have been brought by us to the level of practical ways to improve modern approaches to the organization of the work of a music school in a blended format, which can be useful for «Children’s Music School of the Safyanivska Village Council» in order to improve the work of the institution in a blended format. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of modern approaches to the organization of the work of an institution of extracurricular education in the field of culture in a mixed format are defined; in particular, a significant number of educational platforms, the most popular of which are Google Classroom, Google Meet and Zoom, and it is also shown that there are Viber, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger, etc. for communication between the group leader and pupils during distance learning. In the second section, the diagnosis of the implementation of distance learning elements in the Children’s Music School was carried out. Based on the diagnosis, it was found that the school has chosen both synchronous and asynchronous distance learning formats. In order to ensure the quality of education, teachers conduct consultations with students, explaining the process of completing tasks, then children record videos of musical performance and the teacher checks and gives certain recommendations. The third section of the work presents the ways of improving modern approaches to the organization of work in the Сhildren’s Music School in a mixed format, the implementation toolkit is selected, namely forms, methods, means, and estimated implementation dates. The author developed and held such an event as a training on the topic «Using electronic educational game resources in an out-ofschool education institution in the field of culture», a round table on the topic «Distance and mixed learning as a means of realizing the individual trajectory of a teacher’s professional growth». The results of the experimental work showed that the methods proposed by the master's student to improve modern approaches to the organization of the work of the music school in a mixed format contribute to increasing the level of management processes of the institution of extracurricular education in the field of culture. Thus, the goal of the work has been achieved, the tasks have been completed, the proposed measures have been considered by the administration of the out-of-school education institution, which proves the effectiveness of the experimental work. The qualification work consists of three sections and conclusions to them, general conclusions, a list of used sources and literature from 67 titles. The content of the work is laid out on 81 pages, of which the main text is 68 pages. The work contains 2 tables and 3 figures.
