АНОТАЦІЯ Борщ Дар’я Русланівна «Управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства (на прикладі ПП «Дніпротранс»)». 2025. Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра пов’язана з тим, що ефективне антикризове управління допомагає підприємствам мінімізувати фінансові втрати, зберегти активи та уникнути банкрутства в умовах кризових явищ. Антикризові заходи спрямовані на збереження кваліфікованого персоналу, технологічних можливостей, клієнтської бази та інших важливих ресурсів, необхідних для подальшого відновлення та розвитку. Кризи часто стають каталізатором для переосмислення та адаптації бізнес-моделі, пошуку нових ринків та можливостей. Успішне подолання поточної кризи закладає основу для формування антикризової культури та підвищення стійкості підприємства до майбутніх потрясінь. Об`єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є антикризова діяльність підприємства, предметом – управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в тому, що на підставі вивчення теоретичних засад управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства та моніторингу ефективності управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства, визначити напрями удосконалення управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства. У першому розділі «Теоретичні засади управління антикризовою діяльністю управління» розглянуто економічний зміст, принципи та функції управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства, методичні засади управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства, методика оцінки ефективності управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства. У другому розділі «Моніторинг ефективності управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс»» наведена організаційно-економічна характеристика ПП «Дніпротранс», досліджена організація управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс», здійснена оцінка ефективності управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс». У третьому розділі «Напрями удосконалення управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс» наведено теоретичні засади удосконалення управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства, розроблено механізм управління антикризовою діяльністю підприємства, здійснена оцінка ефективності запропонованого механізму управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс». Практична значущість полягає в тому, що за результатами вивчення теоретичних засад управління антикризовою діяльністю, оцінки ефективності управління антикризовою діяльністю ПП «Дніпротранс» було розроблено пропозиції щодо її удосконалення, зокрема, впровадження заходів превентивного управління антикризовою діяльністю, що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності діяльності підприємства у цілому.

The relevance of the topic of the bachelor's qualification work is due to the fact that effective anti-crisis management helps enterprises minimize financial losses, preserve assets and avoid bankruptcy in conditions of crisis phenomena. Anti-crisis measures are aimed at preserving qualified personnel, technological capabilities, customer base and other important resources necessary for further recovery and development. Crises often become a catalyst for rethinking and adapting the business model, searching for new markets and opportunities. Successfully overcoming the current crisis lays the foundation for the formation of an anti-crisis culture and increasing the enterprise's resilience to future shocks. The object of the qualification work is the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, the subject is the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the directions of improving the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, based on the study of the theoretical principles of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise and the monitoring of the effectiveness of the management of the anticrisis activities of the enterprise, based on the study of the theoretical principles of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise. The first section "Theoretical principles of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise" considers the economic content, principles and functions of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, the methodological principles of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise. The second section "Monitoring the effectiveness of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise "Dniprotrans"" provides the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise "Dniprotrans", the organization of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise "Dniprotrans" is studied, and the effectiveness of the management of the anti-crisis activities of the enterprise "Dniprotrans" is assessed. The third section, “Directions for improving the management of anti-crisis activities of PE “Dniprotrans”, presents the theoretical principles for improving the management of anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, develops a mechanism for managing anti-crisis activities of the enterprise, and evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism for managing anti-crisis activities of PE “Dniprotrans”. The practical significance lies in the fact that based on the results of studying the theoretical principles of managing anti-crisis activities, assessing the effectiveness of managing anti-crisis activities of PE “Dniprotrans”, proposals were developed for its improvement, in particular, the implementation of preventive management measures for anti-crisis activities, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
