dc.description	ANNOTATION Gurzhii K.O. to the qualification work on the topic: «Management of the financial security of the enterprise» The relevance of the topic of the bachelor's qualification work is due to the fact that one of the most important conditions for the Ukrainian economy to emerge from the crisis and its further gradual development is the restoration of an acceptable level of financial security, which would allow protecting the state and its subjects from various threats. In our opinion, two main components of the micro-level are important in the system of financial security of the state: the financial security of business entities (primarily the real sector) and the financial security of households. These components are basic for maintaining the financial security of regions, industries (types of activity) and the state as a whole at the required level. Currently, we can observe a rather difficult situation in the sphere of functioning of domestic enterprises (especially industrial ones), which is deteriorating with the growth of risks and threats to their economic and financial activities. The object of the qualification work is the financial security of the enterprise, the subject is the management of the financial security of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of financial security management of the enterprise, based on the study of the theoretical principles of financial security management of the enterprise and the assessment of the efficiency of financial security management of the enterprise. In the first section "Theoretical principles of financial stability management of the enterprise" the essence of the financial security of the enterprise is considered, the concept of financial security management of the enterprise is studied, modern approaches to assessing the efficiency of financial security management of the enterprise are studied. In the second section "Assessment of the financial condition of LLC "Agroprime Holding" in the financial security management system" the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Agroprime Holding" are presented, financial security management at LLC "Agroprime Holding" is studied, and the efficiency of financial security management of LLC "Agroprime Holding" is assessed. In the third section "Improving the efficiency of financial security management of LLC "Agroprime Holding"" the theoretical principles of increasing the efficiency of financial security management of enterprises are studied, a financial risk management program is developed as a component of financial security management of LLC "Agroprime Holding", and the results of the implementation of the proposed measures are forecasted. The practical significance lies in the fact that based on the results of studying the theoretical principles of financial security management, assessing the efficiency of financial security management of LLC "Agroprime Holding", proposals were developed for the development of a financial risk management program as a component of the financial security management system, which will contribute to strengthening the financial security of the enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	АНОТАЦІЯ Гуржій Ксенія Олександрівна до кваліфікаційної роботи на тему: «Управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства» Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра пов’язана з тим, що однією з найважливіших умов виходу економіки України з кризи, подальшого поступового її розвитку є відновлення прийнятного рівня фінансової безпеки, який дозволив би захистити державу та її суб’єктів від різного роду загроз. У системі фінансової безпеки держави важливими, на нашу думку, є дві основні компоненти мікрорівня: фінансова безпека суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності (перш за все – реального сектору) та фінансова безпека домогосподарств. Ці компоненти є базовими для підтримання фінансової безпеки регіонів, галузей (видів діяльності) та держави загалом на необхідному рівні. Наразі можемо спостерігати досить складну ситуацію у сфері функціонування вітчизняних підприємств (особливо промислових), яка погіршується зі зростанням ризиків і загроз їх господарській і фінансовій діяльності. Об`єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є фінансова безпека підприємства, предметом – управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в тому, що на підставі вивчення теоретичних засад управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства та оцінки ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства, визначити напрями підвищення ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою пдіприємства. У першому розділі «Теоретичні засади управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємтсва» розглянуто сутність сутність фінансової безпеки підприємства, досліджено концепцію управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства, вивчені сучасні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. У другому розділі «Оцінка фінансового стану ТОВ «Агрорайм Холдинг» в системі управління фінансовою безпекою», наведена організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Агропрайм Холлдинг», досліджено управління фінансовою безпекою на ТОВ «Агропраймй Холдинг», здійснена оцінка ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою ТОВ «Агропрайм Холдинг». У третьому розділі «Підвищення ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою ТОВ «Агропрайм Холдинг»» досліджено теоретичні засади підвищення ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств, розроблено програму управління фінансовими ризиками як складової управління фінансовою безпекою ТОВ «Агропрайм Холдинг», здійснено прогноз результатів впровадження запропонованих заходів.. Практична значущість полягає в тому, що за результатами вивчення теоретичних засад управління фінансовою безпекою, оцінки ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою ТОВ «Агропрайм холдинг» було розроблено пропозиції щодо розробки програми управління фінансовими ризиками як складової системи управління фінансовою безпекою, що сприятиме посиленню фінансової безпеки підприємства.	uk_UA
