dc.description	The modern educational process should be considered and implemented as a subject-subject interaction of the teacher and students, who are united by joint activities, aware of mutual responsibility for the ultimate result, coordinate their own actions to achieve this goal. That is why the problem of providing feedback is becoming increasingly important, which will fundamentally affect the efficiency of the educational process as a whole. The research methodology is based on general scientific principles (historicity, objectivity, scientificity) and historical and scientific methods (historical-genetic, historical-typological, historical-comparative, chronological), which made it possible to objectively reveal didactic feedback opportunities to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The implementation of feedback will have an effective result under the following conditions: 1) regularity, systematicity, sufficiency and detail; 2) connection for the purpose of task evaluation and criteria; 3) intelligibility for the student; 4) a clear link to future tasks, focused primarily on learning objectives and expected results, and then on evaluation. It is through feedback that the teacher regulates the learning process, has the opportunity to take into account the necessary changes in the pedagogical system and timely adjust the process. Feedback helps the teacher to determine the effective strategy and tactics of the educational process, as well as to correct them in a timely manner. Students not only receive answers, but also feel involved in the educational process, understand the importance of their opinion. It is with the help of feedback that the dynamics of the educational process is ensured and its main goal – the formation of a comprehensively and harmoniously developed personality of the student, the future specialist – is realized.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Освітній процес на сучасному етапі варто реалізовувати як суб’єкт- суб’єктну взаємодію викладача і студентів, котрі об’єднані спільною діяльністю, усвідомлюють взаємну відповідальність за кінцевий результат, узгоджують власні дії щодо досягнення поставленої мети. Саме тому актуальності набуває проблема здійснення зворотного зв’язку, що принципово впливатиме на підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу в цілому. Реалізація зворотного зв’язку матиме ефективний результат за таких умов: регулярність, систематичність, достатність та детальність; пов’язаність з метою оцінювання завдання та критеріями; зрозумілість для студента; чіткий зв’язок із майбутніми завданнями, сфокусований, у першу чергу, на навчальних цілях і очікуваних результатах, а потім – на оцінюванні. Насамперед завдяки зворотному зв’язку викладач регулює процес навчання, має можливість враховувати необхідні зміни в педагогічній системі і вчасно коректувати хід процесу. Зворотний зв’язок допомагає викладачу визначити ефективну стратегію і тактику освітнього процесу, а також вчасно їх скоригувати. Студенти ж не лише отримують відповіді, але і відчувають свою причетність до освітнього процесу, усвідомлюють важливість їхньої думки. Саме за допомогою зворотного зв’язку забезпечується динаміка освітнього процесу і реалізується його основна мета – формування всебічно і гармонійно розвиненої особистості студента – майбутнього фахівця.	uk_UA
