dc.description	The concept of professional identity and self-identity of primary school teachers is revealed. A variant of the formation of professional identification of primary school teachers is proposed. The driving forces of professional identification, sources of professionalism, the formation of professional identity are determined. It is proved that the main element of the socio-pedagogical system is the goal as an idealized idea of the results of socio-pedagogical activity (elementary school). Studying the foreign experience of training a primary school teacher gave a basis for the conclusion: the system of social support and assistance to children in most countries is carried out at different levels, mainly through special funds and charitable organizations; in the sense of preparing an elementary school teacher, the practice-oriented aspect dominates. The role of primary education institutions in the process of acquiring professional identity by a future specialist is taken into account. The focus is on the need to take into account its features in the training of a future specialist in primary education. An own definition of the concepts of professional identity is presented, the structure of professional identity of future specialists of primary education. The specific importance of professional identity and self-identity in professional self-realization of a future specialist in primary education (primary education institution) is indicated. Therefore, the principle of a scientific strategy in teacher training presupposes a reflection of the conformity of the content of higher education with socially educational requirements, modern scientific achievements and the realities of educational practice. Basically, the system for the formation of professional identity of future primary school teachers is aimed at resolving the contradictions between vocational education and specialized vocational training.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Новий стандарт початкової освіти це певна сукупність факторів, спеціально створених для реалізації формування професійної ідентичності майбутніх вчителів початкової школи. Обґрунтовано функціонально-змістове наповнення роботи вчителя початкових класів в соціальнопедагогічній сфері; представлено концептуальні основи й розроблено структурно функціональну модель підготовки студентів спеціальності «Початкова освіта» до педагогічної діяльності; подано результати діагностування когнітивної, мотиваційної, соціально-комунікативної, морально-естетичної та діяльніснотехнологічної готовності майбутніх учителів до практичного вирішення окресленої проблеми. Під системою розуміємо: реальну сукупність факторів, спеціально створених для реалізації соціальних функцій освіти. Проводиться детальний теоретичний і практичний аналіз основних видів навчальної діяльності, що забезпечують такі її форми: система – мета – зміст – ( умови) засоби – дія (критерій успіху) – результат – наслідки – (професійно важливі якості). Результатом проведеного теоретичного аналізу сутності професійної ідентичності згруповано три блоки професійної ідентифікації: професійна адаптація, професійна самоідентифікація та професійне моделювання.	uk_UA
