dc.description	В статті аналізуються офіційні статистичні відомості щодо кількості населення в Закарпатській області протягом 90-х років ХХ ст. – початку ХХІ ст. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу статистичних даних щодо угорської етнічної спільноти, представники якої компактно проживають в регіоні. На підставі порівняння даних за 1989, 1996, 1997, 2000, 2001 роки щодо демографічної динаміки угорської спільноти в краї, з’ясовано кількісні та якісні показники міграційних процесів. Статистичні відомості щодо укладання шлюбів у Закарпатській області свідчать про наявність двоєдиної тенденції в цьому процесі: з одного боку – це фактор ендогамії, а з іншого – доволі значний відсоток міжетнічних шлюбів. Аналізуються причини та наслідки скорочення частки угорського населення зазначеного хронологічного періоду в соціально-демографічній структурі регіону. Зроблено висновок про розвиток громадянського суспільства представниками еліти національних меншин регіону.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	The article analyzes the official statistical data on the population in the Transcarpathian region during the 90s of the 20th century – the beginning of the 21th century. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of statistics on the Hungarian ethnic community, whose members live compactly in the region. Based on the comparison of data for 1996, 1997, 2000, 2001 on the demographic dynamics of the Hungarian community in the region, quantitative and qualitative indicators of migration processes have been clarified. Statistics on marriages in the Transcarpathian region indicate a twofold tendency in this process: on the one hand, it is a factor of endogamy, on the other hand, there is a rather significant percentage of interethnic marriages. The reasons and consequences of the decrease of the Hungarian population of the specified chronological period in the social and demographic structure of the region are analyzed. The conclusion has been made about the development of civil society by representatives of the elite of national minorities of the region.	uk_UA
