Збереження контингенту учнів у навчальних групах дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл

Abstract

The article is devoted to the preservation of the contingent of students of primary training groups and basic training groups in children’s and youth sports schools in Ukraine. Their role in preparing the sports reserve for national teams of the state is shown. Special attention is paid to the reasons for the large dropout rate of youth sports school students in primary and basic training groups. The responsibility of the sports school management and teachers-coaches for unsatisfactory results of work on preserving the student contingent is considered. Methodological tips for improving the educational work of a coach-teacher of children’s and youth sports school are proposed. It is noted that a coach in the modern world should be a researcher and conduct educational and training work on a scientific basis. Key by a specialist of the educator system of sport school trainer - teacher. Exactly he is responsible for the set of children in sections, educational-training and educator work with pupils, selection and orientation of the most peers perceive children and teenagers for further perfection of sport result. In the groups of initial preparation a trainer-teacher spares forge attention to educator work, to inoculate interest in the select type of sport and industriousness children’s on training employments. Educational - training process on this stage is sent mainly to the decision of tasks of education to the personal interest and bringing in of maximally possible amount of children to the systematic going in for sports, forming of healthy way of lite, a 11- round and harmonious development of organism, capture of technique principles in select to the type of sport.
