АНОТАЦІЯ Верба К. С. «Управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ПП «Дунай Груп»)», 2024. Актуальність теми роботи пов`язана із тим, що управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства є невід’ємною частиною успішного бізнесу в сучасному світі, оскільки дозволяє підприємствам адаптуватися до змін, досягати своїх цілей і забезпечувати стабільний розвиток. Важлива роль процесу забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства виявляється у таких аспектах, як системний підхід до управління конкурентоспроможності, тобто конкурентоспроможність розглядається не як окремий напрям діяльності підприємства, а як комплекс взаємопов’язаних заходів; антисипативне управління, за яким підприємство може передбачати зміни у зовнішньому та внутрішьому середовищі і вживати оперативних заходів для попередження негативних проявів господарської діяльності; ефективне антикризове управління дозволяє оптимізувати використання ресурсів, що є особливо важливим в умовах обмеженості коштів. Важливим аспектом управління підприємством є оцінка конкурентоспроможності, яка повинна бути систематичним аналізом на підприємстві щодо здатності підприємства успішно конкурувати на ринку та досягати своїх стратегічних цілей. Оцінка конкурентоспроможності дозволяє ідентифікувати сильні і слабкі сторони, що сприяє вивченню конкурентних переваг підприємства, формуванні ефективних стратегій розвитку, прогнозуванню ризиків та розробці заходів їх мінімізації, прийнятті обґрунтованих ризиків, забезпечення своєчасного реагування на зміни у зовнішньому середовищі. Таким чином, важливість формування на підприємстві ефективного процесу управління конкурентспроможності обумовлено також тим, що конкурентоспроможність не є статичним показником, а динамічний процесом, який потребує постійного вдосконалення. Все це зумовлює актуальність дослідження «Управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності (на прикладі ПП «Дунай Груп»)». Мета дослідження: вивчити з’ясування теоретичних і методичних аспектів процесу забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та на підставі оцінки ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп» розроблення напрямів підвищення його ефективності. Для досягнення мети у роботі поставлені такі завдання: 1.Вивчити теоретико-методичні засади управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. 2.Дослідити управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП “Дунай Груп” 3.Визначити основні шляхи підвищення ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП “Дунай Груп”. 4.Здійснити розрахунок економічного ефекту від впровадження запропонованих заходів. Об'єктом дослідження є управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні аспекти управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп» Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що результати дослідження та запропоновані заходи можуть сприяти підвищенню ефективності управління процесом конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай-Груп». Обсяг і структура роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та літератури, який налічує 51 найменування, додатки. Зміст кваліфікаційної роботи викладений на 77 сторінках друкованого тексту, який включає 13 рисунків і 29 таблиць. У першому розділі «Теоретико-методичні засади управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства» було визначено економічний зміст конкуренції та конкурентоспроможності підприємства, досліджено методичні підходи до управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, вивчена методика оцінки ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У другому розділі «Дослідження управління процесом конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп» наведена організаційноекономічна характеристика ПП «Дунай Груп», досліджено заходи управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп» та здійснена оцінка ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп». У третьому розділі «Напрями забезпечення ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай Груп» вивчено закордонний досвід підвищення ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності, визначено основні шляхи підвищення ефективності управління процесом забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ПП «Дунай-Групп», здійснено розрахунок економічного ефекту від впровадження запропонованих заходів.

The relevance of the topic of the work is due to the fact that managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise is an integral part of successful business in the modern world, as it allows enterprises to adapt to changes, achieve their goals and ensure stable development. The important role of the process of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise is manifested in such aspects as a systemic approach to competitiveness management, that is, competitiveness is considered not as a separate area of activity of the enterprise, but as a complex of interrelated measures; anticipatory management, according to which the enterprise can foresee changes in the external and internal environment and take operational measures to prevent negative manifestations of economic activity; effective anti-crisis management allows you to optimize the use of resources, which is especially important in conditions of limited funds. An important aspect of enterprise management is the assessment of competitiveness, which should be a systematic analysis of the enterprise's ability to successfully compete in the market and achieve its strategic goals. Competitiveness assessment allows you to identify strengths and weaknesses, which contributes to the study of the enterprise's competitive advantages, the formation of effective development strategies, risk forecasting and the development of measures to minimize them, the adoption of justified risks, and ensuring timely response to changes in the external environment. Thus, the importance of forming an effective competitiveness management process at the enterprise is also due to the fact that competitiveness is not a static indicator, but a dynamic process that requires constant improvement. All this determines the relevance of the study "Management of the process of ensuring competitiveness (on the example of PE "Dunay Group")". The purpose of the study: to study the clarification of theoretical and methodological aspects of the process of ensuring competitiveness and, based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the management of the process of ensuring competitiveness of PE "Dunay Group", to develop directions for increasing its effectiveness. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set in the work: 1. To study the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the process of ensuring competitiveness of the enterprise. 2. To study the management of the process of ensuring competitiveness of PE "Dunay-Group" 3. To identify the main ways to increase the effectiveness of managing the process of ensuring competitiveness of PE "Dunay Group". 4. To calculate the economic effect of implementing the proposed measures. The object of the study is the management of the process of ensuring competitiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of PE "Dunay Group" The practical significance of the results obtained is that the results of the study and the proposed measures can contribute to increasing the efficiency of managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of PE "Dunay Group". Scope and structure of the work. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of sources and literature used, which includes 51 items, and appendices. The content of the qualification work is set out on 77 pages of printed text, which includes 13 figures and 29 tables. In the first section "Theoretical and methodological principles of managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise", the economic content of competition and competitiveness of an enterprise was determined, methodological approaches to managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise were investigated, and a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of managing the process of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise was studied. The second section, “Study of the competitiveness management process of PE “Dunay Group”, presents the organizational and economic characteristics of PE “Dunay Group”, examines the measures for managing the competitiveness management process of PE “Dunay Group” and assesses the effectiveness of managing the competitiveness management process of PE “Dunay Group”.
