dc.description	The analysis of modern tendencies in educational reform has shown that creating of the educational and informational environment is an urgent need to build a digital school. It is established that the difference in the definition of the term «informational and educational environment» is determined by the sphere of the environment, namely at the level of a teacher, an institution and a country. The National Education Platform Program, launched in Ukraine, will help provide students and teachers with up-to-date e-textbooks and other digital resources, help to develop blended e-learning. The national online e-school platform that offers important educational management features, such as an e-journal and a diary, suggests that the administration of the institution and teachers create their own websites on the system platform. However, their implementation which is based on a pattern does not allow to personalize the pages of the site, does not allow to fill the environment with various digital resources. In such conditions, the teacher can create his own personal informational space. It has been found that the most popular teacher`s development for the educational environment is the Google Classroom platform, which is characterized by easiness of use for the user without programming and web designing skills. The LMS Moodle platform is spread at the level of institution. The development of a teacher`s informational and educational environment based on modern informational technologies brings new opportunities to the educational process, including the expansion of traditional forms of learning through the use of e-learning, the introduction of new effective forms of learning. Integrating the informational and educational environment with one another will help to provide a powerful means of organization of the educational process to solve up-to-date problems of the national educational reform.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Аналіз сучасних тенденцій реформування освіти показав, що створення інформаційно-освітнього середовища є нагальною потребою на шляху до створення цифрової школи. Встановлено, що різниця у визначенні вченими поняття «інформаційно-освітнє середовище» обумовлюється сферами застосування середовища, а саме на рівні вчителя, закладу та країни. Описана національна е-платформа «Е- schools», яка визначає важливі функції в управлінні освітньою діяльністю, такі як «Електронний журнал» та «Електронний щоденник», пропонує адміністрації закладу та вчителям створити власні сайти на платформі системи. Однак їх реалізація на основі шаблону не дозволяє персоналізувати сторінки сайту, та дозволяє поновлювати середовище різноманітними цифровими ресурсами. В таких умовах учитель може створити власний особистий інформаційний простір. Виявлено, що найбільш популярними для розробки вчителем інформаційно-освітнього середовища є платформа Google Classroom, яка характеризується легкістю у роботі для користувача без навичок програмування та веб-дизайну. На рівні закладу поширена платформа LMS Moodle. Інтеграція інформаційно-освітніх середовищ між собою допоможе отримати потужний засіб організації освітнього процесу для вирішення сучасних завдань національної освітньої реформи.	uk_UA
