dc.description	The article deals with the problem of unsatisfactory state of realization of language legislation in multilingual area between the Dniester and the Danube rivers. The author provides the necessity of complex (dialectological, sociolinguistic and didactical) investigation of the Ukrainian Language’s dialectal and literary forms functioning in the situation of language contacts with the purpose of the Ukrainian Language preservation. Cooperation of sociolinguistic and dialectological methods in studying languages and dialects of area between the Danube and the Dniester rivers has been already seen at the level of purpose of investigation. For example, harmonization of language situation and developing of effective regional activities of language politics are impossible without taking into account origin and dynamic character of contacting dialects. Especially such important components of language politics as problem of teaching of state language in multilingual areas, its transformation in mean of international communication are also impossible without knowledge and taking into consideration origin base of native idiom for pupil. On the other hand, dialectological, in particular arealogical, comparative-historical research of idioms isn’t effective without taking into consideration the character of language interaction. The problem of teaching languages, in particular state language, in multinational and multilingual regions in Ukraine and in the world is facing humanity nowadays, because the results of teaching Ukrainian ethnic Ukrainians and the representatives of national minorities for 28 years are not satisfactory. So adequate using of the Ukrainian Language as a language of international communication in this area has not managed yet, though according the Constitution of Ukraine it has been only one state language. The paper substantiates that one of the most important factor of realization of language’s state status is its functioning as a mean of interethnic communication in multilingual areas of representatives of different ethnic / subethnic / language groups, in particular of the Ukrainians. The study and the monitoring of this function of the Ukrainian Language are necessary during the searching ways of improving language situation and with the purpose of control of the Ukrainian Language state status.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті констатовано незадовільність стану реалізації мовного законодавства в межиріччі Дністра і Дунаю та інших полілінгвальних регіонах України, обґрунтовано необхідність комплексного (діалектологічного, соціолінгвістичного, дидактичного) вивчення функціонування української мови в діалектній і літературній формах у ситуації мовного контакту з метою збереження української мови в усіх наявних формах, а також її розвитку, розширення її використання полімовними індивідами в різних сферах і комунікативних ситуаціях, задля визначення ефективних заходів реалізації мовної політики в полілінгвальних регіонах України, вдосконалення мовного законодавства України. Досвід удержавлення української мови в таких регіонах, як межиріччя Дністра і Дунаю потребує критичної оцінки, «роботи над помилками». Одним з найважливіших показників реалізації державного статусу мови автор уважає функціонування її як засобу міжетнічного спілкування в полілінгвальних регіонах різними етнічними / субетнічними / мовними групами (зокрема й українцями). Вивчення і моніторинг вияву цієї функції української мови необхідні як під час пошуку шляхів поліпшення мовної ситуації (доведення її до стану відповідності до мовного законодавства), так і в подальшому – з метою контролю стану удержавлення української мови.	uk_UA
