Висвітлюються деякі аспекти проблеми становлення професійної ідентичності
педагога в умовах педагогічної інтернатури. Обґрунтовується важливість цього
ланцюжка вітчизняної системи неперервної освіти на професійно-педагогічну
самореалізацію фахівця та його професійну рефлексію у педагогічній діяльності.

In modern conditions, when it is generally recognized as a decline in the level of
education and professional training of specialists, as well as changesin the teacher’s
profession with a significantin crease in the socio-pedagogical requirements for him and his
professional activities, theconcept of «life long education» is being up dated. In this regard,
interestin such a phenomenonas a pedagogical internship is in creasing. This is a new socio -
pedagogical institution and an important linkin the native system of continuous education.
The constructive implementation of the competence approach to the training of a
specialist, which has developed in the experience of some European countries, is
substantiated.
Attention is drawn to there sources that are still unused now a days for the formation
of competence in both students and practicing teachers in the aspect of studying,
generalizing and disseminating advanced pedagogical experience; increasing of this
competence has a fundamental importance at all stages of continuing education of a teacher.
In this regard, the pedagogical internshipis not an exception.
At the sametime, the self-reflection of the established practice gives ground stoassert
the crucial importance of the pedagogical internshipinthe professional-pedagogical self
realization of the specialist, as well asin the development of his professional reflection inthe
pedagogical activity.
