dc.description	ANNOTATION to the qualification work on the topic: "Improving the remuneration system at the enterprise in modern conditions (on the example of PE "Danuy-Group")" The relevance of the research lies in the fact that, on the one hand, wages are a powerful incentive to increase productivity and quality of work, which requires its constant increase, and on the other hand, it is an item of expenses that requires a constant decrease. From this follows the need to optimize the size of labor costs in accordance with the financial condition of the enterprise, which requires the selection of a planning method that best meets the needs of the enterprise. The subject is the company's remuneration system, the object is procedures and methods of improving the remuneration system. The purpose of the qualification work is to investigate the effectiveness of the remuneration system at the enterprise in modern conditions and to develop measures for its improvement. In the first chapter "Theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the labor remuneration system at the enterprise", the labor remuneration fund, its structure, forms and systems of labor remuneration, regulatory and legal regulation of labor remuneration, methodological principles of evaluating the effectiveness of the labor remuneration fund are investigated. In the second chapter "Analysis of the effectiveness of the labor remuneration system at the Danube Group PE, the organizational and economic characteristics of the Danube Group PE are given, the composition, structure and dynamics of the personnel of the Danube Group PE are investigated, an assessment of the labor remuneration system at the PE is carried out" Danube Group". In the third section, "Directions for improving the remuneration system at the enterprise", reserves for improving the efficiency of the remuneration system were determined, measures were developed to increase the efficiency of the remuneration system at PE "Danuy- Group", the calculation of the economic effect of the implementation of the proposed measures was carried out. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the results of the study and the proposed measures can contribute to the improvement of the efficiency of the remuneration system of PE "Danuy-Group", and as a result, to the growth of the efficiency of its activity.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	АНОТАЦІЯ до кваліфікаційної роботи на тему: «Удосконалення системи оплати праці на підприємстві в сучасних умовах (на прикладі ПП «Дунай-Групп»)» Актуальність дослідження полягає в тому, що з одного боку заробітна платі є потужним стимулом підвищення продуктивності та якості праці, що вимагає постійного її підвищення, а з іншого - статтею витрат, що потребує постійного зниження. Звідси випливає необхідність оптимізації розміру витрат на оплату праці у відповідності до фінансового стану підприємства, що потребує вибору такого методу планування, який найбільше відповідає потребам підприємства. Предметом є система оплати праці підприємства, об`єктом – процедури та методика удосконалення системи оплати праці. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідити ефективність системи оплати праці на підприємстві в сучасних умовах та розробити заходи з її удосконалення. У першому розділі «Теоретико-методологічні основи удосконалення системи оплати праці на підприємстві» досліджено фонд оплати праці, його структуру, форми та системи оплати праці, нормативно-правове регулювання оплати праці, методологічні засади оцінки ефективності фонду плати праці. У другому розділі «Аналіз ефективності системи оплати праці на ПП «Дунай-Групп» наведена організаційно-економічна характеристика ПП «Дунай-Групп», досліджено склад, структуру і динаміку персоналу ПП «Дунай-Групп», здійснена оцінка системи оплати праці на ПП «ДунайГрупп». У третьому розділі «Напрями удосконалення системи оплати праці на підприємстві» були визначені резерви підвищення ефективності системи оплати праці, розроблені заходи з підвищення ефективності системи оплати праці на ПП «Дунай-Групп», здійснено розрахунок економічного ефекту від впровадження запропонованих заходів. Практична значимість отриманих результатів полягає в тому, що результати дослідження та запропоновані заходи можуть сприяти підвищенню ефективності системи оплати праці ПП «Дунай-Групп», та як наслідок, й зростання ефективності його діяльності.	uk_UA
